A. Yes, we can design right from the start from your brief, or even if you have part of an idea we can begin with that and go forward from there.

 

Q. Can I use my existing gold?

A.Yes

 

Q. How much metal do I need?

A. Each design / restoration is unique so weights differ. We can advise once we know exactly what we are going to craft or restore.

Q. Can you add gold if I need more than I have?

A. Yes.

 

Q. Do I have to have my own gold?

 

A. No, we can supply all materials.

Q. Do you do restorations / repairs?

A. Yes

 

Q. How long does it take?

 

A. This varies on many factors, for eg it may depend on our current workload at the time of being commissioned, also if we need to order in a particular gemstone. We can advise on a completion date at the time of placing an order.

Q. Do you do manufacturing / repairs / restorations on the premises?

 

A. Yes
